About us

Who are we?

We are René and Yvonne Janssen, two adventurous Dutch people with a deep love for Andalusia. For more than ten years we have been coming to this beautiful region, where the mountains meet the sea and life moves at a more relaxed pace. Time and again, we felt that this place touched us – its nature, its people, its atmosphere and its sense of freedom.

In 2025, we decided it was time to turn our dream into reality and moved permanently to Spain. René has run his own business in the livestock trade for many years and knows what entrepreneurship, perseverance and hard work mean. Yvonne has worked with great passion in healthcare as a nurse and brings warmth, care and structure into everything she does.

What has connected us all these years is our shared passion: motorcycling, cycling and hiking. The freedom of the open road, the scent of the mountains, the sun on your face and the endless Spanish landscapes. That feeling is something we don’t want to keep to ourselves, but love to share with others.

That is why we decided to turn our passion into our profession. With experience, love for the region and great enthusiasm, we invite others to enjoy motorcycle, cycling and walking adventures in the most beautiful part of Andalusia: La Axarquía.

I stayed in Torrox with friends from Thursday to Sunday and rode some great routes. We had our own motorcycle gear transported to Torrox in advance, so we could head straight from the airport to the rental shop. We just changed and hopped on the bikes! The area is stunning, and the route was challenging, featuring countless curves. Our accommodation—an apartment close to the sea—was perfect. It was a modern apartment equipped with every amenity, including a large swimming pool where we could cool off after our rides. The seafront promenade, lined with plenty of restaurants, was just a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend organizing a motorcycle holiday through Go Andaluz Experience!

A fantastic experience! 🏍️☀️

René and Yvonne, thank you for the wonderful days we spent with you! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful accommodation—especially the sunrise over the sea, which you can admire right from your room in the morning.

Afterwards, we’d enjoy a nice breakfast together before hopping on our bikes to ride the best routes. Fantastic roads, beautiful hills, and so many awesome curves. Exactly the kind of thing that makes a motorcyclist's heart beat faster! 🏍️😎

After a delightful day on the bike, it was time for a refreshing dip in the pool. In the evening, we enjoyed strolling along the boulevard and finding a cozy restaurant for a delicious meal by the sea. What more could you ask for?

Everything was perfectly arranged, and the organization was top-notch! We look back fondly on these days and can highly recommend this place to anyone who loves motorcycling and simply enjoying life to the fullest.

We, Bianca and Annie, have had a fantastic weekend. A beautiful hike, a lovely bike ride, and a beautiful drive through the mountains. Stunning nature, and Yvonne and Rene are fantastic guides who, full of passion for their region of Andalusia, know how to captivate you. They know the most beautiful spots, delicious restaurants, and picnic spots with lovely views. Their apartment is fully equipped with every convenience, with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can walk to in no time. And, not entirely unimportant, there is also a swimming pool where you can enjoy a swim and relax. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic motorcycle holiday!

A few friends and I spent a long weekend riding some beautiful routes around Torrox. We had arranged for our own riding gear to be transported to Torrox in advance, so we were able to hit the road as soon as we landed.
The area is truly stunning for riding, not to mention the roads and the twisty sections. Absolutely incredible! We’d stop every now and then just to take in the views. René and Yvonne knew exactly where to go, just brilliant!
After a great ride, we’d head back to the apartment and take a dip to cool off.
From there, it’s just a short walk to the promenade, which is lined with plenty of restaurants—each one serving food even better than the last.

We went on a fantastic hike with the owners, who knew exactly where to go. Along the way, we came across two waterfalls with pools where we could swim, it was wonderfully refreshing. The starting point was about an hour's drive from Torrox, and the whole trip took well over half a day. Afterwards, there was still plenty of time to relax and cool off, just great!

With a 50 km ride under our belts, we enjoyed this day, perfectly organized by Yvonne and René.
Surprisingly beautiful vistas with stunning valleys. nostalgic villages with grandpas literally bustling about on the benches outside.
Beautiful boulevards and picturesque beaches, rounding off the day with a coffee at the right moment, a complete lunch and a final drink with our feet in the sand.
